If you have a statutory withdrawal right, you can submit an unambiguous withdrawal declaration electronically here. No sign-in is required.

By submitting, you clearly declare that you want to withdraw from the contract you concluded for MCPShip Pro. No reason is required.

Withdrawal right

Under Austrian law, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for service contracts concluded online, starting when the contract is concluded. Any other mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to you remain unaffected.

Start of the Pro service

If you expressly request MCPShip Pro to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, legal consequences may apply to services supplied before withdrawal, including a proportionate charge where applicable. For services, a withdrawal right does not end merely because performance has started; the applicable statutory requirements govern.
