Purpose and scope

This free validation build helps MCP publishers understand evidenced release readiness and observable publication state. It accepts public GitHub repositories and a fixed list of known MCP endpoints. MCPShip is a provisional brand.

Not approval or certification

A score or “Ready” state is not platform approval, security certification, or confirmation of legal compliance. Publication state is shown separately. Inaccessible, stale, or missing evidence remains explicitly uncertain. Current platform requirements are authoritative.

Your use

Only submit public targets you are authorized to inspect. Do not submit credentials or bypass access restrictions or abuse limits. The scanner does not execute MCP tools or modify external repositories or directory entries.

Availability and decisions

Scans are bounded and may be incomplete or fail. This validation phase has no availability commitment. Verify important findings and sources yourself before publishing or making a business decision.
